All summer long, our Friday evenings take on a festive air around the barbecue to the sound of gypsy guitars.
Freshly caught fish grilled before your very eyes, marinated or simply seasoned local meats, melting cheeses, seasonal salads, homemade parmiggiana or generous Mac & Cheese… A colourful and flavoursome buffet to enjoy by the pool, with a glass of sangria in hand, in the warmth of the long summer evenings.
Every lunchtime from Wednesday to Sunday enjoy our bistro
menu, featuring dishes in the colors of the Camargue. Generous, seasonal cuisine served in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, by the pool, on the terrace or in the dining room.
