Massages, facial treatments, body treatments, solo or duo Nuxe escapades, beauty treatments: the menu offers a very wide range of treatments, from 45 minutes to over 5 hours of relaxation and pleasure, available by reservation only. For an even more exclusive experience, the Spa Nuxe is systematically privatised.
The Mas de la Fouque spa has an indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, an ice waterfall, a sauna and a hydro-massage bath.

Our gym is fully equipped with top-of-the-range Technogym equipment:
Water rowing machine: for full-body workouts, particularly useful for cardio and muscle strengthening.
Curved treadmill without motor: for runners, intensity controlled
solely by the user.
Upright exercise bike: for cardio and endurance training, without joint impact.
Elliptical trainer: for targeted cardio workouts with elliptical motion to protect joints while exercising the whole body.
A Swedish ladder with integrated pull-up bar, weighted wooden weights with straps, yoga mat, Gym Ball and other fitness accessories are also available to complete your workout.
